These are a few photos taken by myself and my good friend and colleague on a couple of trips we took together to Turkey.

Turkey is a unique and truly magical place that acts as a bridge between the East and West. Over time they have found a delicate balance, and incorporated much of the best from both.

The people there are incredibly friendly, and they always stuff us full of tea and delicious food. Being first generation, I always received extra attention in situations where Turks discovered my Turkish name, but even when they did not see my name, they treated me, an obvious Westerner, with respect and kindness.

Turkey is an amazing place with amazing people, and they are an important and powerful ally. I highly encourage you to visit if you ever have the opportunity.
