Devin's artwork

Devin has created numerous very fine works of art since he was old enough to pick up a pencil, and I am so proud of him and his work. The works shown here are a slight departure from his usual scientific drawings that we find littering the house. Most of his work is highly detailed, often monochromatic. However, as illustrated by some of these pieces, you can see he is displaying a clear aptitude towards composition, color balance, and eye movement. Of course, he's my son so I can see anything I want :-). But seriously I do believe he will produce even more truly great pieces as he grows up, and I'm very proud of him.

Devin is instructed by a wonderful woman we know as Miss Alayne, who clearly does a wonderful job with him. I am sure Devin will remember her into his adult life as a teacher who made a difference for him growing up through her special attention and caring. Thanks, Miss Alayne!
